Today's youth deal with a variety of stresses, traumas, and pressures. For most it is overwhelming, for some it is debilitating. It can stop them in their tracks and jolt them onto a path of destruction.

They spend the majority of their time sabotaging their future and validating that they are worthless.

             even knowing it!

What We Do

Our passion is to support parents by getting them out of their own way when parenting tweens to teens. We help them gain clarity and the use of practical tools and approaches by:

• Changing guilt and fear-based perspectives
• Creating customized support
• Maintaining healthy boundaries and relationships
